Class Policies
Late Cancellation
You may cancel your class reservation up to 3 hours before the class start time without a fee.
If you cancel within 3 hours of class start time, a $10 late cancellation fee will be charged.
Example: If class begins at 6:00 PM, you may cancel anytime before 3:00 PM.
No Show
If you are signed up for a class and do not attend, a $15 no-show fee will be charged.
Applies To
All single class drop-ins, class packs, and memberships.
Booking Reminder
Please reserve your spot early for the class you plan to attend.
If your plans change, you can cancel before the 3-hour window to avoid a fee and open your space for another yogi.
Payment Processing
Fees for late cancellations and no-shows are processed once per week to the card on file associated with your account.
Membership & Pass Policies
All passes and memberships become effective from the first date of attendance, not the date of purchase.
Any pass or membership that has already been purchased cannot be exchanged or shared with other customers or family members.
Event & Workshop Policies
Pricing listed on our website and in-studio does not apply to special events, workshops, yoga trainings, or retreats.
All events, workshops, and special classes are non-refundable.
Discount Policy
We offer a 15% discount for Military and First Responders, applicable to all packages except single drop-ins or new client specials.
Discount must be purchased in-studio only, and a valid ID is required at the time of purchase.
