What we offer

Yoga for everybody, every body type, every level
Heated and non heated classes

FLOW YOGA

One of the most popular styles of yoga, Flow is a fluid style of yoga that uses the breath to fuse postures together in a seamless, smooth series of movement.

Flow classes are dynamic, offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever the same.

The almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength and stamina, calm the mind and improve overall health.

POWER YOGA

“Power yoga means: empowering yoga practice. It is a well-rounded physical class meant to include all aspects of physical fitness: tone, suppleness, balance, stamina and cardio, while attempting to maintain every range of motion.” Bryan Kest

This vigorous yoga practice makes your body and mind feel joyful and energized.

This practice:

  • strengthens your body
  • increases flexibility
  • promotes stamina and healthy weight management
  • improves circulation and the immune system

HATHA YOGA

Hatha is the fundamental system of yoga that combines poses (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama).

Asanas cleanse the body and build the physical strength required for meditation. Pranayama soothes and calms the body and mind.

This accommodating practice of static postures and steady breath-work moves at a manageable pace and focuses on alignment and mindful breathing. It is suitable for yogis of all levels, including beginners.

YOGALATES

A fusion class offering the core building strength of Pilates mixed with the postures and breathing techniques of Yoga.

Yogalates is a wonderful way to exercise and strengthen your core. You will leave feeling energized, calm and stretched in all the right places!

YOGA SCULPT

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout.

Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. It safely targets the deepest tissues of the body – the connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles. The principle of longer held asanas (poses) is to stress the tissue, so the body will respond by strengthening it.

This practice:

  • improves the energy movement, enhancing it’s flow into the organs
  • offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits
