Yoga Teacher

Anna started her journey with yoga in 2006. She fell in love with it almost instantly and became a faithful practitioner. Yoga was always so good to her and she could feel its generous benefits every day. As her body became stronger and healthier, she soon discovered that the mat became a place to find peace and balance, self awareness and connection between body and mind. Eventually she wanted to immerse herself in a training to deepen her own personal practice but also share her passion and love for yoga with others. Anna believes that yoga is for everyone: regardless of advancement, regardless of age, regardless of shape or physical ability. Anna strives to share her passion and excitement for yoga with everyone each and every class.

She enjoys inventing creative flows to keep things fresh for her students. Kristen often weaves in an unexpected asana to challenge both body and mind. Her desire is for every student to have the courage to try something new and to feel successful at whatever they attempt. She will offer ways to modify poses so that everyone can practice comfortably to their own ability and offer words of encouragement to keep them going and feeling positive.

Oh Purnell

Oh Purnell

Yoga Teacher

When not immersed in art, you’ll often find them strolling barefoot through nature, connecting with the earth beneath their feet. Their love for exploration extends to trying out new coffee shops, vintage markets, and cities. But beyond these passions lies a deeper journey – one of self-discovery through yoga. For me, yoga is not just about physical exercise; it’s a path to nourishing the mind and spirit. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned the power of giving the mind and spirit what they need, knowing that a balanced inner world empowers the outer self. Driven by this understanding, I am on a mission to share tools for inner nourishment with my community. I believe that regardless of challenges – be it injury, mindset, or obstacles – everyone has the ability to tap into their inner strength. With boundless enthusiasm, I’m dedicated to helping others realize this potential and thrive.
