Anna Jennings SOFLO

Anna Jennings

Studio Founder

Yoga Teacher

Anna started her journey with yoga in 2006. She fell in love with it almost instantly and became a faithful practitioner. Yoga was always so good to her and she could feel its generous benefits every day. As her body became stronger and healthier, she soon discovered that the mat became a place to find peace and balance, self awareness and connection between body and mind. Eventually she wanted to immerse herself in a training to deepen her own personal practice but also share her passion and love for yoga with others. Anna believes that yoga is for everyone: regardless of advancement, regardless of age, regardless of shape or physical ability. Anna strives to share her passion and excitement for yoga with everyone each and every class.

She dove headfirst into her Power Vinyasa practice, drawn not only to the physical challenge but also to the mental clarity and sense of community it brought. Earning her 200-hour certification in 2022 and her 300-hour in 2025, Kristen is now a 500-hour certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping students fall in love with their practice. Her classes blend thoughtful music, inspiring Dharma talks, and a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Kristen offers multiple variations to make every pose accessible while also sprinkling in fun challenges—whether that’s a new pose, a playful transition, or a dynamic sequence—so students leave feeling strong, inspired, and deeply connected.

Vicky Alvarez

Yoga Teacher

Pilates Teacher

Vicky is a Vinyasa yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and Reiki practitioner trained (and transformed!) in the jungle of Nosara, Costa Rica, one of the world’s most vibrant yoga hotspots.

Her yoga classes weave movement, breath, and energy work into intentional practices that center, energize, and restore. Each sequence is designed to connect students more deeply to themselves, blending strength and fluidity to create balance from the inside out.

Her Pilates sessions draw from contemporary Pilates principles, combining mindful movement with functional strength. Each class emphasizes precision, control, and alignment to build endurance, refine posture, and cultivate balanced strength, while staying deeply connected to the breath.

Through both yoga and Pilates, Vicky creates dynamic practices that release stagnant energy and leave students feeling stronger, lighter, and more alive.
