Anna Jennings

Anna started her journey with yoga in 2006. She fell in love with it almost instantly and became a faithful practitioner. Yoga was always so good to her and she could feel its generous benefits every day. As her body became stronger and healthier, she soon discovered that the mat became a place to find peace and balance, self awareness and connection between body and mind. Eventually she wanted to immerse herself in a training to deepen her own personal practice but also share her passion and love for yoga with others. Anna believes that yoga is for everyone: regardless of advancement, regardless of age, regardless of shape or physical ability. Anna strives to share her passion and excitement for yoga with everyone each and every class.

Aimee Capps

Aimee brings her passion for teaching to every class, crafting dynamic and intentional flows that ignite the body, build strength and flexibility, engage the mind, and leave students feeling invigorated. Prepare for a blend of innovative sequencing, mindful movements, functional mobility exercises, and an infusion of fun!

Leanne Messer

Leanne is a second-generation Floridian. She was raised on the beaches of the east coast of Florida. She took her first yoga classes as a child but rediscovered the practice in her early 20s. She enjoys the presence she finds when she is on her mat and encourages her students to discover their peace through the practice as well. In her classes, she focuses on empowering students to explore movement within their bodies and to advocate for themselves with free reign to modify throughout. Her classes are diverse and challenging both physically and mentally but well worth it in the end, as students leave grounded and empowered within their strength to take on the challenges of life off of the mat.

London Ott

Inspired by the lasting benefits, she explored yoga’s deeper teachings and, over a decade later, completed her teacher training. Now, London is dedicated to sharing yoga’s transformative power with her students, helping them improve their well-being both on and off the mat. London enjoys teaching power vinyasa, slow flow, yin, and yoga nidra classes.

She understands that yoga is a practice and that each individual is on their own journey. Her goal is to help others grow and embrace their practice, wherever it may take them.

Oh Purnell

When not immersed in art, you’ll often find them strolling barefoot through nature, connecting with the earth beneath their feet. Their love for exploration extends to trying out new coffee shops, vintage markets and cities. But beyond these passions lies a deeper journey – one of self discovery through yoga. For me, yoga is not just about physical exercise; it’s a path to nourishing the mind and spirit. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned the power of giving the mind and spirit what they need, knowing that a balanced inner world empowers the outer self. Driven by this understanding, I am on a mission to share tools for inner nourishment with my community. I believe that regardless of challenges – be it injury, mindset, or obstacles – everyone has the ability to tap into their inner strength. With boundless enthusiasm, I’m dedicated to helping other realize this potential and thrive.

Kristen Twele

Kristen found yoga during a transformative time in her life when she decided to make her health, mind, and body a priority for the first time. She jumped head first into her power vinyasa practice and explored it all she could over the last three years. Not only was she drawn to the mat for the physical challenge, but for the mental break it gave her every day as well as the sense of community it brought her from practicing in a room full of yogis. After months of consideration, she decided to get to yoga teacher certification in hopes of helping as many people as she could fall in love with their practice. She hopes that when you’re in her class that you feel safe, welcomed, and that you can explore your practice as much as you need.
