FLOW & RESTORE

HIP HOP VINYASA

Fusing dynamic movement and hip hop playlists, enjoy this fun and immersive power vinyasa class. Designed for students to have fun, let loose, sweat, and vibe out, this class is open to all levels. (Please note: Occasionally, some lyrics may be explicit.)

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. It safely targets the deepest tissues of the body – the connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles. The principle of longer held asanas (poses) is to stress the tissue, so the body will respond by strengthening it.

This practice:

  • improves the energy movement, enhancing it’s flow into the organs
  • offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits
